At Alberta Metal Polishing / Alberta Shine Supply, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every return or exchange as simple and fair as possible. The following policy outlines how returns, exchanges, eligibility, and processing work for customers in all supported countries.

We currently accept returns and exchanges on orders shipped to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Greece
  • Lebanon

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as well as product exchanges.
To qualify:

  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Requests must be made within our designated return window

Please note: Items showing wear, contamination, or signs of use cannot be accepted.


Return & Exchange Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery (or from the date of in-store purchase) to begin a return or exchange request.
After 7 days, we are unable to guarantee approved return requests.


How to Initiate a Return

We offer two return methods for your convenience:

1. In-Store Returns

Visit us at our shop with your product and order information. Our team will assist you with your return or exchange on the spot.

2. Returns by Mail

If returning by mail:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and for obtaining a return label
  • Please package items securely to avoid damage during transit
  • Include your order number and contact information inside the package

Once shipped, we recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned or exchanged products.


Refunds & Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the posting of your refund.

Exchanges will be processed immediately upon approval, and replacement items will ship out as soon as possible.

Additional Notes
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper application, or contamination cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
  • For defective products, we may request photos or additional information to speed up processing.
